Return Policy

HyperAIBox Return Policy


We appreciate the fact that you have been interested in our products. We also want to make sure that you have a great experience interacting with it and we guarantee that all products are tested before you get them. However, we understand  that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.

 

Following you can find a general guidelines regarding our HyperAIBox return policy: 

 

Retailer Return Window: If you find a shipping damage in the appliance you have 14 days to return it, if there is any defect or failure in the hardware that you have purchased you have 30 days from the purchase day to return it to HyperAppliance LLC. It's essential to follow these timeframes.

 

Condition: The HyperAIBox should be returned in its original condition, including all accessories, packaging, and documentation. Any damage or missing components may affect your eligibility for a refund or exchange.

 

Proof of Purchase: Please show us your proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, to initiate a return. Make sure to keep these documents safe.

 

Shipping Fees: The shipping fee to return the appliance should be paid by the customer.

 

Shipping Damaged Products: If the appliance arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement, repair, or full refund without incurring return shipping fees.

 

Exclusion: This includes damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or modifications. It's important for the user to understand these exclusions to avoid voiding the warranty.

Accidental damage is not covered, however you can get a quotation to get it repaired, please support@hyperappliance.io for technical assistance.

 

Warranty: If your HyperAIBox  is still under warranty, please contact support@hyperappliance.io directly for warranty support, especially for issues that arise after the retailer's return window has closed.

      If there is a software issue please send us an email to support@hyperappliance.io  we will connect with you within 48 hours and help you to identify the issue and reinstall or update the software if needed.
      The HyperAIBox appliance has 1 year of manufacturing guarantee. 

 

Online Purchases: Be aware of the return policies for online purchases, as they can differ from in-store policies. Sometimes, online purchases may have a different return window to account for shipping time.

 

Refund Method: The appliance cannot be refunded, however we can provide you with new advice, or replace parties if it has a manufacturing defect.

 

When the hardware or appliance components fail or exhibit defects, please take the following steps to address the issue:

 

  1. Check the Warranty:
    Confirm if the hardware is still under warranty. The manufacturer's warranty covers defects and malfunctions for 1 year.
    Check the warranty documentation that came with the product or visit HyperAIBox's website return policy to verify the warranty status and terms.

 

  1. Contact our Customer Support: If the HyperAIBox is under warranty or if you are experiencing issues covered by the warranty, contact the HyperAIBox customer support. We will provide guidance on how to proceed. If warranty applies one or more of the following options will be offered:

    • Repair: It will be arranged for the hardware to be repaired or replaced free of charge.

    • Replacement: If the issue is severe or cannot be easily repaired, it will be offered to replace the defective unit with a new one.

    • Refund: Is not possible, a repair or replacement will be offered

    • Please note, the appliance must show manufacturing defects or shipping damages, if any damage caused by the user is identified or detected, the warranty does not apply.

 

  1. Provide Proof of Purchase: When contacting customer support or returning a defective product, be prepared to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation. This helps us verify the warranty and ensures you are eligible for assistance.

 

  1. Document the Issue: Before contacting customer support, document the issue with the appliance. Take clear photos or videos that demonstrate the problem. This documentation can be useful when discussing the issue with customer support or when shipping the hardware for repair.

 

  1. Follow Manufacturer's Instructions: The manufacturer provides the 30 days return policy  from the invoice issue date. Please contact HyperAppliance LLC at support@hyperappliance.io to get returning instructions for repair or replacement. Return shipping should be paid by the customer.

 

  1. Keep Records: Maintain records of all communication with customer support, including names of representatives, dates, and details of discussions. This can be helpful for us to encounter any issues during the warranty process.

 

  1. Contact the Retailer: If the appliance is still within the retailer's return policy and you prefer not to go through the HyperAppliance LLC, you can contact the retailer from which you purchased the product following their return policy. They may offer a replacement, repair, or refund based on their return policy.

 

  1. Consumer Protection Laws: This return policy follows the US, Delaware laws.

 

  1. Extended Warranties: If the warranty has expired, consider whether you have purchased an extended warranty. These additional warranties will cover repairs or replacements for a longer period.

 

  1. Transferability: HyerAIBox warranties are not  transferable, it means that you cannot be passed on to a new owner if you sell or give away the hardware. It is only valid for the original purchaser.

 

  1. Duration of Repairs: maximum of 3 months is a maximum duration for repairs or replacement, ensuring that you are not without your hardware for an extended period.

 

  1. Limitation of Liability: Neither party, seller or customer,  shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or data use.

 

The warranty clause stated in this policy  outlines the terms and conditions under which HypperApliance LLC and the manufacturer guarantees the quality and performance of the appliance. 

 

It's essential to read and understand the return policy before purchasing a HyperAIBox  as it helps you know what to expect in terms of coverage and how to proceed if issues arise during the refund and warranty period. Keep a copy of the policy and your proof of purchase in a safe place to facilitate any potential warranty claims.
